Who I am

Kogiflow is Karen Fabara, a coach working in London and online, reachable at hello@kogiflow.com. These terms apply when you book anything through this site.

The first call

The fifteen-minute call is free and carries no obligation on either side. It exists so we can both decide whether I am the right coach for you. If I am not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Booking and payment

Sessions and programmes are agreed and paid for before they start, at the rate quoted to you. Rates are quoted per person, and group class prices are set by the studio hosting the class, not by me.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Give me at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a one to one session and it costs you nothing. Less than that and the session is charged, because the time is already set aside.

If I have to cancel, you get the session back or your money back, whichever you prefer.

Your health

Coaching is not medical treatment and I am not a doctor or a physiotherapist. Tell me about injuries, conditions, medication and pregnancy before we start and as soon as anything changes, and get clearance from a medical professional where you need it.

Training carries risk. Stop and tell me if something hurts. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for training within what you can safely do that day.

Online programming

Your programme is written for you and licensed to you alone. Do not share it, resell it or pass it on. Video feedback is returned within the time stated in your plan, on the videos you send.

Filming

I film movement in sessions so you can see what I see. That footage is for your coaching. Nothing is posted publicly unless you agree to it, each time, and you can withdraw that agreement at any point.

Liability

Nothing here limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the coaching in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Note: this replaces the governing law on the current site, which was written for Canada.
